Developing innovations to be real to create growth in the organization. That is very important. Creating, nurturing and cultivating personnel to understand innovative thinking, see goals, visions, and ideas in creating an innovative organization like a leader in an organization. until able to develop work Work process (Process Innovation) to improve continuously. Until it can be further developed into innovation in products or services (Service innovation) and finally the development of new business model innovations (Business Model Innovation).  

 

If we start to develop personnel with innovative thinking skills (Innovative Skill) to develop innovation in the organization. To be an innovative organization How to start? First, let's understand the key words of innovative thinking (Innovative Skill).

 

"Innovative Thinking" has important words "thinking or thinking skills" and "innovation", so let's look at the meaning of each word first.

 

"Thinking skill"  is the ability to think. from brain processes to response to events, which may be nurtured by upbringing, experience, education, etc.

 

"Innovation"   is the use of creativity to develop or invent new things such as services, products or new processes (Service, Product, Process), etc. that are valuable (Value Creation) and useful to others. economy and society which, when valuable and useful, can be commercially scalable or sell it

Innovation = Creative + New + Value Creation (creative + new + valuable)

 

Therefore,  "Innovative Thinking"  is thinking of new things. that solves the problem or develop something new meet people or customers with new products or new services or new processes that are valuable and can create value and benefits 

 

If we start developing innovative thinking skills (Innovative Skill) to develop innovation in the organization. To be an innovative organization how to start 

 

1. Development of innovative personnel to improve work efficiency (People & Process Innovation)

More efficiency, increased productivity, or reduced costs Because the people who understand the organization the most The most with the organization is the working people, which can be done by

- Developing critical thinking skills such as creativity and analytical thinking and systematic thinking, etc., for workers in creativity able to think of new things able to think of new solutions and prevention By yourself, you don't have to wait for the boss. or leaders only, then develop analytical thinking and systematic thinking To analyze the possibilities of new creative ideas that have been brainstormed or thought to be able to choose the best method. that can fix the problem 

- Support of tools, methods and techniques in brainstorming in innovation development Exchange and teamwork in order to see all aspects before being used to improve performance or processes

 

At this stage, if the result is continuous It is very important that corporate leaders must have a clear and consistent vision and goals for innovation development in the organization, open mind, listen with heart, challenge ideas, and be open. The opportunity to put those ideas into action is learning by doing. 2. Developing innovative products or innovations to meet customer needs (Product/Service Innovation)

When a company has people with creativity and innovative thinking. as well as having to work as a team to be able to invent or developing new products/services to meet customers It can be done because innovation will happen. It must consist of 3 parts: 

Part 1 Creating value for users or target groups (User Desirability)

The development of innovation Must consider the value that will benefit users. or our target audience In order to obtain this development process must start from observing, listening or playing that role of the user. what does he want What problem or pain point does he have, which when he can find it? and able to develop innovative ideas and help solve problems for the target group It will be accepted and of course that will be sold in the future for sure. which in this section is related to Research and Development Department, Design Department or Marketing Department Customer Relations Department, etc.

 

Part 2 can expand or create business value (Business Viability)

Innovation can create value. or returns to us or an organization? What will be developed to meet the target audience or not, which in this section will be related to Related parties Or contact customers often, such as marketing, sales, customer relations, etc.

 

Part 3 Technical Feasibility

3. Developing new business model innovations (Business Model Innovation)
